I am Manjeera Goswamy from Hyderabad. I am BSc Graduate,married,have work experience of 7 years in banking sector,right now I am a homemaker.
My Views about Goswami Community: In Sanskrit Goswamy means Lord of Vedas/Lord of Senses.Goswamy community is very huge and is spread over India.We are the offspring of the great poet Tulidas Goswami.We held a very prestigious place among Hindu Society as upper class Brahmins,Our ancestors were very well known as Mahants,Matdharis,sanyasis which is very respected and prestigious word.Our ancestors were rulers as well example-Raja Dhanraj Gir.now our generation also needs to carry forward the same respect and fame which our ancestors did,so we all Goswami community put together need to unite and develop our community.
Suggestion for unification & development: Our Goswami samaj people are spread all over India,I feel that events which are done for social cause like var vadu Mela,blood donation camps,plantation camps,temple building should be held more and more and on regular basis which will bring our community closer.I feel education ,cleanliness awareness programs should be held on regular basis for a brighter future.
About my social work: I donate blood,I serve food to poor at temple every Sundays
Help Offered: I like to arrange seminars related to education,cleanliness,importance of woman education and I also want to help Gosavi samaj members in var vadu melavas
